Scott Stanford and Matt Striker welcome us to this week’s episode of WWE Superstars.
Heath Slater & Jinder Mahal def. The Usos:
After defeating Jinder Mahal on last week’s show Jimmy Uso returns with his twin, Jey, to face Heath Slater and 3MB partner, Mahal.
Please don’t shoot me, but I’m starting to like the 3MB entrance theme.
In terms of the gimmick Slater seems more natural than Jinder. But then again I guess he’s already played the fake rock star persona already.
The announcers are still selling it straight, with Matt Striker claiming his “lady friend” already has a 3MB poster on her wall. It’s soon going to be cool to pretend to like them and play in to the silliness of it all isn’t it?

The 3MB get their first win after Heath Slater executed a quote “that smash hits finisher;” otherwise known as an Implant DDT.
If they’re a band why don’t they do their own theme music? Changed my mind, I hate the song.
Recap of AJ Lee segment from Raw:
We go back to Raw to revisit Vickie Guerrero’s voice-mail evidence of the AJ Lee/ John Cena affair. I soooo wanted AJ to be in on the whole thing with Vickie, working Cena in to some kind of honey trap. We can still hold out for some kind of swerve. It can’t be as simple as Vickie just being a liar can it?
Recap of Randy Orton defeating Alberto Del Rio in a Fall’s Count Anywhere match:
I don’t usually like watching things twice, but in the PG eara, re-watching a table spot is well worth it.
The Great Khali def. JTG:
Wow JTG is still around? Unsurprisingly Khali squashed the former Cryme Tyme member.

Why not put JTG with the Prime Time Players? “Millions of Dollars…Yeah Yeah”
Recap of John Cena vs CM Punk:
We see the ending to Monday’s Raw where Ryback distracts CM Punk to allow John Cena to get the victory. All I can say is I hope Ryback gets to decimate Cena. That seems to be the only selling point to the older generation of fans.
Not many “Superstars” on Superstars these days; it’s become a typical recap show. Lets hope Main Event can stay true to the format.
