Batista in running for major movie role:
Former WWE star Batista has been tipped for the leading role in a movie adaptation of Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy”.
The Animal would play Drax the Destroyer, originally an ordinary man named Arthur Douglas, whose family was killed by a alien Titan Thanos. Needing a champion to fight back, a being known as Kronos took Arthur’s spirit and placed it in a powerful new body, and Drax the Destroyer was born.

According to movie sites, Isaiah Mustafa of the Old Spice commercials and Brian Patrick Wade are also in contention for the role.

John Cena replaces Fred Flinstone:
Although he’s been featured on the cereal box before, WWE Superstar John Cena is completely replacing Fred Flinstone on boxes of Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles.

“We’ve just been talking with kids. They wanted more variety,” said Sharon Pupel, a Post marketing director.
“Fred isn’t necessarily the … coolest or [most] relevant guy for kids who we are going after.”
Cena will be on 4 million boxes in 2013.

He was sent to the liver transplant floor due to the liver transplant he had 10 years ago, and was checked to make sure that the liver had no connection to his other health problems. Graham’s blood work results indicated that his liver is doing remarkably well for being 10 years post-operation, and he will see a heart specialist this Monday to follow up with more testing to see what caused the rapid heart beat.

Gawker files to dismiss Hulk Hogan:
Gawker.com has once again filed a motion to dismiss Hulk Hogan’s lawsuit against them for publishing clips of his leaked sex tape.
In the motion, Gawker claimed, “Plaintiff fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted because (a) defendants’ conduct involves speech about a matter of public concern and is therefore shielded from liability by the First Amendment; and (b) plaintiff fails as a matter of law to establish the elements of each of his causes of action.”

Hogan is now implicating Heather Clem (the lady in the tape and former wife of Bubba The Love Sponge) in leaking the tape.
