- During a recent interview with the Daily Reporter Gail Kim said she’s always felt happiest in TNA:

“I’ve always been happiest here. I’ve always felt this company was home. Sometimes in this business, longevity is an issue. It is a man’s world in this industry. Companies like TNA put women’s wrestling on a platform. The Knockouts division, you watch any of our matches, you’ll say we’re very physical. We want the fans to watch and say that was a great match. Not just for the girls, but that was a great match.”

On how long she will continue to wrestle:

“Right now I feel so great, despite having spent time recovering from a broken collarbone in the past year, taking her out of in-ring action. “It was so hard for me to sit back and watch everybody in the ring doing what I love to do. I’m going to try and do it as long as I can. I’ve been so lucky to be able to have done this for as long as I have. Every wrestler has a passion to do it as long as they can.”

The greatest moment of her career?

“There’s been so many, but my feud with Awesome Kong I think really left a mark with the fans. They will always remember that. It was physical.”

- During a lengthy update on Twitter Paul Heyman denied reports that he and CM Punk have something planned for the future:

“It is amazing how many rumors are flying around. I don’t like to address rumors. It lends credibility to them, and the moment you answer ONE rumor,you immediately call attention to the other rumors (no matter how ridiculous they are) by NOT responding! We’re going to clear up some issues. Set the record straight. Get some people “on point,” and stir some things up! Brock’s theory of “let them speculate” seems to be a damn smart one, and I certainly see the merits of that position. HOWEVER (aha! There is a “but” involved here)… Just to address two items that so many people seem to be giving credence to. @CMPunk and I have NOT pitched the idea of being aligned to anyone. If we did, you wouldn’t know about it. Did anyone know I was coming back on May 7th as Brock’s representative? NO ONE KNEW! For the first time in forever, we have people GUESSING what comes next. If for no other reason but THAT, there’s nothing 2 discuss. You know there’s a heavily-promoted match this Sunday at @WWE #SummerSlam. You’ve seen @ShawnMichaels, Stephanie McMahon, all our CHILDREN be a part of this main event. Now it comes down to Brock Lesnar vs HHH. If we’ve sold you on buying the ppv, I bet you get your money’s worth on this match alone. - Former Horsemen member Steve “Mongo” McMichael has told ESPN that he plans to run for mayor of Romeoville, Illinois, in the 2013 election:

“I’ve got a little girl … and she’s going to start school soon. I’ve already moved to Romeoville and I plan on her getting her education here. What better opportunity do I have to do for my child and everybody else’s child in this town as mayor of that town (then by) doing something about educating them the right way.
