- The general feeling is that TNA have gone overboard with their lawsuit against WWE and the courts will likely see it that way too. Brian Wittenstein, who TNA allege passed on confidential information about TNA talent to WWE when he switched companies, was fired by WWE within weeks of his hiring. They realized what he was doing and got rid of him for it. In fact WWE even approached TNA to share what they were told.

It should be noted that WWE generally don’t need any confidential info anyway when approaching TNA stars.

- Former TNA announcer turned TNA Shop salesman Don West has given in his notice and will be leaving the company soon. He’s been with the promotion since its inception, but was replaced on-screen by the more well known Taz in 2009.
