- Former WWE star turned MMA fighter Brock Lesnar is said to be close to signing a one year deal bringing him back to the company. He arrived in Miami today to meet with officials, adding further to rumors that he’ll make an appearance at Wrestlemania tonight.
WWE have been trying to re-sign Lesnar for some time. Creative have high hopes for a match against the Undertaker.
- Former WWE star Finlay has re-signed with the company as an agent. He was fired last year after he allowed The Miz to interrupt the national anthem during a house show, which angered the National Guard members who were being honored.
“Why does he have to be inducted twice? Is it because he didn’t remember the first time? Or did he have his t–s done or something? Did that I say that out loud?”
On writing a book he said:
“It’s gonna be a thick book, I’d like to knock some of the guys that I hate like Ric Flair or Ultimate Warrior, but I won’t… did I say that out loud too? Oh s–t!”
- On the other side of the coin TNA’s Dixie Carter Tweeted the following after the ceremony:
“Proud of Ric Flair and his 2nd WWE HOF induction. Have a great weekend buddy!!! WOOOOOO.”
