Y2J Talks Recent Incident, Hogan Puts Over AJ Styles, Chat With Ashley Massaro, Raw Errors

- In regards to the recent racial slur incident picked up by TMZ and GLADD, Chris Jericho said the following to Express Night Out:

“It’s frustrating, [but] I guess it’s just the world we live in nowadays, so you have to be careful with what you say because nobody has a sense of humor or really understands when you’re just shooting the breeze with your friends. So, I got my slap on the wrist, and I’m very, very, very, very sorry to anybody who was offended.”

- Hulk Hogan put over AJ Styles during the Sport FM interview. He said, “Well brother, I really like watching Kurt Angle. He really understands this business. And also one of my favourite wrestlers of all-time Sting. I really love watching Sting in the ring. And now there’s a new kid that’s coming up through the ranks and is doing pretty good – a kid named AJ Styles. That’s one of the things I like about these new guys – they understand wrestling the old way, the way to really go out and fight for what they want. They don’t sit in the back and talk and choreograph the matches like some of the other promotions do and I’ve really enjoyed watching these guys.”

- Former WWE Diva Ashley Massaro is giving fans personal phone calls for Christmas. She will call fans on her Twitter (twitter.com/ashleymassaro00).

- There were several errors on last night’s 3 hour Raw with Jesse Ventura. Firstly While showing a replay during the Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler match an ad was shown for Smackdown vs. Raw 2009 and not Smackdown vs. Raw 2010.

Also it was mentioned that Cena is a 6 time champ. He is actually a 5 time WWE title holder and a 2 time Heavyweight champ. In total that’s 7.

  1. There were other errors like Jesse Ventura kept calling the WWE title the World title and that TLC was three weeks today (Monday). They made me chuckle.

  2. And if we are being picky – HBK called the Tag-Titles the United Tag-Team titles in error instead of the Unified Tag-Titles. But then it is live TV as to be fair we all make mistackes now and then.

    ;-)

  3. Another error is that originally, they said the winner of the Battle Royal would have the choice to face either Taker or Cena. After Sheamus won, they simply acknowledged Cena as the person he would be facing without any choice made by Sheamus. Also, Ventura called the WWE Championship the World Heavyweight on more than one occasion (i counted twice).

  4. You have to hand it to Hulk Hogan. He dosen’t like it when guys talk and choreograph.
What elce are you supposed to do in a locker room?

I’m fucking serious! If it’s not talking or choreography… What the HELL is going on back there?

  5. actually they said if a RAW superstar won they got a shot at the WWE championship and if a SmackDown! superstar won they would get a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship

  6. They’re oiling each other up.

  7. Thats what I’m talking about Heather.
I can see it now. The Hulkster just got out of a bad divorce. AJ seemed to be getting a boner talking about him. Who needs choreography when you can oil each other up and talk about the good times!

    PERRY SATURN!!!
