WWE Goes Arty, Fox Picks Up Wrestlicious, Original MITB Plans
- WWE will be running an art exhibition on April 1st, at the Julia Ideson Building across from City Hall in downtown Houston, TX. There will be a live auction art work by WWE stars by Jerry Lawler, Mickie James, Hornswoggle, Big Show, Jeff Hardy, Beth Phoenix, Santino Marella, and
more. Proceeds from the auction will go to the Houston Public Library Foundation and Mayor Bill White and Linda McMahon will be attending the event. For details you can call 832-393-1450.
- Remember the cheesy promo for Jimmy Hart’s all female Wrestlicious wrestling promotion that I posted yesterday? Well the Fox Network has picked up the pilot episode. They have 13 shows already taped from secret studio, and Steve Blance and Johnny Cafarella, former producers with the old G.L.O.W. Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling series are part of the team.
- For what it’s worth the original plan for the Money in the Bank Ladder match at Wrestlemania was to have Big Show win, but since he’s been put in the title picture plans have obviously changed. One might assume that because Shelton dropped the US title that he may go on to win the match, but Christian is also a favorite contender at least from a fan’s standpoint. It may also be possible that they are strapping a rocket to MVP and might give him a long US title run whilst he holds the briefcase.
It’s also interesting to note that R-Truth was also originally supposed to be in Mark Henry’s slot.

lol. it all makes sense now why this looked so much like GLOW.
Lets hope Shelton wins MITB match, he is a pure althete, and is over looked for a while now, Makes no sense to let MVP win, when he is the current US title holder.
Still Christian, could be the dark horse winner, I will not be happy if CM Punk wins.
hopefully christan
i think christian will win.
Christian never won the big one back in the day so it would be Great if he won the MITB match just to go on to challenge Edge for the WH Championship.
