- WWE have launched a new website called WWEGlobal.com which is being used as a Public Relations tool to tout their global presence. The website has an intro video package with comments from celebrities such as William Shatner, Ashton Kutcher, Mark Cuban, Bob Costas, Jesse Ventura and others along with highlights from previous WrestleMania’s and quotes by WWE Superstars. The site has information such as history, corporate bios, PPV information and more.

“I thought some classic wrestling fans might be interested to know this. For a limited time, starting October 10th, there will be a movie out in theaters called “Andre: Heart Of the Giant”. This is a drama, not a documentary. It stars some actors I’ve never heard of like Matthew McGrory and Roland Kickinger.

[I remember watching the trailer to this last year and to be honest I was offended. The production quality is so poor it looks like a spoof and not a real movie. A tall guy wearing a cheap black wig is not a respectful movie in my eyes].

- ECW on Sci-Fi this past Tuesday drew a 1.2 cable rating. It seems the time change didn’t affect the ratings much, if any.
