The Iron Sheik returns to the Opie & Anthony show on Sirius XM radio this Friday morning at 9 am on XM channel 202.
The Iron Sheik along with Demolition and Bushwacker Luke are all in town to promote the Big Apple/ Wizard World convention this weekend October 16 – 18. The Wizard World convention takes place in NYC at Pier 94 55th and 12th.
You really do not want to miss this interview as I am sure The Iron Sheik will address all the recent accusations and comments by Brian Blair. What will Sheik say? Find out this Friday.
For all you Howard Stern fan’s look for the Iron Sheik to return to Howard Stern show sometime in the Spring of 2010.
- TNA star Kevin Nash will be appearing on the new sitcom Brothers that airs on FOX. It is just a cameo role.
- Former WWE ring announcer Lilian Garcia wrote a song about the late Eddie Guerrero back in 2007 called Live On and hopes to get it produced in the near future.

the diva trade was much needed as seeing Michelle McCool beat up on Eve and Melina was getting stale. Beth and Mickie, if used correctly, would be a great foils for the Women’s Champ. And should inject some excitement to Smackdown’s Women’s division, and makes Smackdown that much stronger of a show.
As for Raw who, btw has the crappier end of the deal, gets Melina as their champ. Let’s face it, Melina is a passable performer at best. She just doesn’t tell an in-ring story that well. And she’s horrid to watch in ring. Eve, on the other hand, is on a major up swing in ring wise. I mean, she has gotten better. And compared to Melina, I’d watch her any day.
I knew there was an angle when Jillian won the title. I was surprised, pleasantly surprised, because, at that time, I was thinking that WWE was being spontaneous and fresh. But, I quickly reminded myself that I am watching the WWE, so there’s always an angle anytime something appears remotely spontaneous or fresh happens.
In a rather perplexing move they give the belt to Melina. Why not let Jillian keep it, at least for a couple of weeks. Sure she’s irritating as hell, but at least it’s a different move than seeing McCool, James or Phoenix with it.
After the awful Melina -v- Jillian match that Jillian totally blew it’s time to trade Jillian – to the dole queue.
Oh come on, we ALL know what the Sheik will say; “Brian Blair, you SON of a BITCH! I’m going to BREAK you BACK! Then… ”
He sais the same thing everytime and it never gets old. The man is SOO cracked out it’s astounding. It’s like a car crash. You know you shouldn’t but you can’t look away.
