Was Domino’s Release Because of New Adult Gimmick? Video Included

A video leaked to youtube showing what appears to be a vignette for Smackdown superstar Domino before his release seems to have possibly been the wrestler’s downfall. Now that WWE has toned down their programming for a PG audience the proposed new gimmick was probably scrapped, leaving nothing for him:

The other guy in the video is development worker Timmy Baltimore.
