Vince McMahon Shows Up With Two Black Eyes
Vince McMahon showed up to this week’s WWE TV tapings with two black eyes and a cut face, but being Vinnie Mac he made no mention of it and nobody had the “grapefruits” to ask him about it.
Locker room chatter suggests it’s nothing domestic nor a fight, because it would be harder to keep that quiet. The feeling is that he had some kind of accident.
Not phased, Vince went on with business like usual.

The black eyes that Vince has is great timing – remember when WWE managment eliminated Tarver & Bryan on NXT? Why not big up the angle and have Vince appear on TV instructing his WWE superstars to kick the crap out of the NXT 1 rookies for doing this to him.

He and his servant who was carrying a happy 2nd birthday cake for NXT were walking to his house and vince slipped on some leaves which made him fall face first into his front porch gargoyle’s arms; giving him two black eyes. In a strop Vince waved his arms about in anger which catapulted the knife resting on the cake box to fly across his face. Or something like that.
Maybe he was just trying to prepare for an in ring return; botching the recieving end of a flapjack and relying on old man coordination when blading.

ROH Is the best wrestling company in the world right now and they still haven’t completely recovered from the talent raids by WWE and TNA. I don’t think there is any question that a company like ROH could establish itself as a real alternative to WWE where TNA is floundering if it were in TNA’s shoves with the financial backing, Network support and some of the talent that it lost to WWE and TNA. ROH has roughly the same live show drawing power as TNA with virtually a fraction of the advertising and none of the exposure. If Wrestling Society X could average .4’s and .5’s in the ratings, there is no question that ROH could do at least as well immediately. In fact, I am no even so sure that it could not in short order rival TNA as is on a decent network. If ROH had a national television deal on a real network (not HDNet) and were on during the same timeslot as TNA, there is no question I would watch ROH over TNA. I have been a TNA fan since day one, but ROH is more consistent, doesn’t insult your intelligence and is not afraid to try to try to be truly alternative like TNA currently is.
