Vickie Retiring, Smackdown Rating, TNA Ad During Raw
- It is believed that Vickie Guerrero is either done or taking some extended time off from the WWE to be with her daughters.
- This past Friday’s of WWE Smackdown on MyNetworkTV drew a 1.9 broadcast rating.
- TNA paid for advertising time during the the WWE Raw broadcast in the UK last night. They embark on their 3rd UK tour this coming January.

Good-bye Vickie…I know people are suppose to dislike her because she is a heel GM, but really Vickie was ridiculous..Lets look at what the creative team developed with her as GM..
1.) THe love trianle with Show and Edge
2.) Santina/o crap that wasn’t funny from the get-go.
She was involved with pushing two stupid, stupid storylines.
I think her early work with Edge, to a little after the Wedding Planner angle were great. In fact ask me a few months back and I’d have put her as one of the top heels in the company. I think she knows that her character is wearing thin and that’s why she is going. Good for her I say.
The character should have never been put on TV!what did anyone want to see this fat pig for!To pretend Edge & Big Show were attracted to this slob is beyond belief.If they felt they owed drug addicted Eddie something they could have given her an off camera role!I watch wrestling to be entertained!Nothing about that slob was ever entertaining.
it is my position she brought shame on herself and the family name she got from eddie, but that’s just my view.
she is a poor actress, and is not believable.
I am happy is she is leaving. edge isn’t much better. he hasn’t changed his style since the 1st day he came in. same ole shtick day in and day out. these guys MAY have poor script writers to deal with, but c’mon folks….SOME change is needed to make it at least good enough to pay attention to. over the last year, I just record it and play it back in high speed and skip the advertising….
but that’s the way it is I guess. the company ain’t too bright at times!!!!!
I actually liked Vickie’s early on. It started being not fun at about the marrage segment. And moving her to Raw wasn’t the right move. It was too big of a stage to work on, although I give her credit for trying. Really though, as long as Vince keeps making it more “Sport’s entertainment” and less WRESTLING, this will happen more often.

Ok I’m glad that Vicky is possibly leaving the WWE for good. Don’t get me wrong I’m sure she is a good person and all, but as far as her character it was a waste. She wasn’t too bad at the very beginning, but then the whole marriage angle came about. Although I must say I didn’t like her character much before that either. I think a couple of small appearances would have been fine, but to make her a regular character was a wrong move if you ask me. She really should go back and spend time with her family though, that’s good for her.

i dont find it hard to believe that she is thinking about retiring.crown to “santina marella”, her husband was cheating on her, she was in love with big show. i mean her life couldn’t any worse. and if you didn’t see it on raw last night her husband edge said he only married for her power. so she had a reason to quit. she just gt tired of it. lets just hope she does not kill herself like chris benoit
I never liked vicky character. Its nice to see her leaving wrestling. She and Chavo Guerrero damage the prestige that Eddie Guerrero brought to wrestling.

You guys are idiots. Vickie was the most over heel the WWE has had since the Attitude era. She was awesome, and leaving the company to be with her fam is great as well. Best of wishes.
WWE needs a good GM for RAW, they can’t just put a Diva in-charge of RAW like they have with ECW.
I’d like to see JBL as a heel GM but don’t think it’ll happen. Not sure who else there is to run the main show?

Eddie Guerrero is 1 of the greatest wrestlers of all time and no matter what Vickie does nothing is going to tarnish the legacy of Eddie Guerrero
