UPDATE:
*The long awaited first WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2009 downloadable content pack has been released (January 9, 2009) and is now available on the Playstation Network for PS3 owners.*

Although I got everyone excited about the downloadable content for the Smackdown Vs Raw 2009 video game, I can confirm that it won’t actually be released until March 2009, which seems stupid considering there is a Christmas attire.

Available for Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation Network
Price: 400 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE, $4.99 on PlayStation Network

Evan Bourne – playable Superstar
Ted DiBiase Jr. – playable Superstar
Charlie Haas – playable Superstar
Chris Jericho – alternate attire

And on PlayStation Network, the pack will also include these exclusives:

Masked Kane – playable Superstar
Kelly Kelly – Christmas-themed attire
Maria – Christmas-themed attire
Edge – alternate attire
MVP – alternate attire

  1. That is a rip off for 3 things for Xbox owners. Is that all the downloadable content that will be released there won’t be anymore no Kozlov, R-Truth Maryse Natalya.

    THQ SUCKS

  2. I’m sure that in time THQ will release more downloadable content. If everyone could just calm down a second and stop sh1tting themselves, like the poster above, then that would be really great.

    Thanks.

  3. i got downloaded content for smack down vs raw 2009 ps3. Now when i go online if somebody dose not have the content all of my people on my game are set back to default setting. That is a rip off it would be OK if i could not use the downloaded people but know every thing set back to default. i looked all over to find a way to get rid of it but you cant. THQ YOU SUCK
