Update On Real Life Relationship Between John Cena and Mickie James

As I exclusively reported here several weeks back Mickie James and John Cena were in fact a real life couple and were put in to a storyline together when Vince found out. The funny thing is their real life relationship was as short lived as the on screen version and the reason it was prematurely dropped was because they stopped seeing each other in real life. Confusing I know.

Both Mickie James and John Cena were engaged (to different people) prior to them getting together and they were never in a “serious” relationship.

One source explained it as just two young people having a fun time and when that ended it became awkward on camera.
