Update On Flair Inducting Austin, HOF Tickets Update, Umaga Returns
- As I reported last week, Steve Austin is looking to get Ric Flair to induct him in to the Hall of Fame and Jim Ross will more likely induct Bill Watts. In a recent articles fro Charleston.net Flair commented, “That would be cool as hell. I would love to do it.”
Jim Ross said in a radio interview that he wasn’t sure who was going to induct Austin.
“I heard Ric Flair,” he said. “But I would be up for it. If he wants someone else to do, I’m fine, I’m his good pal.”
- Although things looked a bit scary to begin with, the Hall of Fame tickets are now selling like hot cakes, and there are only a few seats left. Lets just hope we don’t have any idiots attending this year, whooping and cat calling. This is a respectable evening where fans should dress smart and enjoy being in the presence of legends.
- Although a video package rolled a few weeks back on Smackdown, teasing the return of Umaga, he has only just returned to house shows. At last night’s house show in Lexington, KY, he teamed with Edge to take on Khali and Hurricane Helms. He’ll likely be back on TV at the next Smackdown taping.

either flair or good ol jr would be good for inducting austin. but in the end its up to the big wigs in the wwe. i wish they would make umaga speak some damn english.
