Undertaker Far From The Grave, The Rock Takes Plunge, Bret Hart To ROH?

- After doing some digging for any interviews stating otherwise, I can confidently say The Undertaker is far from “the grave” despite reports that say he’s retiring in November. It is no mystery that the Deadman has nagging knee issues, but like Shawn Michaels, any retirement (unless from serious injury), will no doubt come at Wrestlemania with a hell of a build.

Both men have and will continue to work lighter schedules than the other wrestlers when needed; maybe to the point that they only do big PPVs, but they’ll always be part of the WWE family. In fact Undertaker missed last week’s tapings to rest up.

- The latest rumor out of the movie scene is that former WWE star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been cast in McG’s 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. He was apparently the next choice after Will Smith, which isn’t a bad thing by any means.

Dwayne last hit wrestling headlines after brushing off John Cena’s challenge to a match.

- Although we know Bret is years detached from wrestling, the Hitman will be making a one off appearance at Friday night, July 24 when ROH returns to the Ted Reeve Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, for autograph signings. The press release reads:

“The addition of this multi-time World Champion adds to an already special weekend where ROH presents back-to-back events from the Ted Reeve Arena with Bret “Hitman” Hart appearing on Friday night July 24 and “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair in attendance on Saturday night July 25! More details will be available in the coming weeks right here at ROHWrestling.com.”
