TNA Releases Sonjay, HOF On USA Network, Prinze JR Gone
- Long time TNA wrestler Sonjay Dutt has also been released from the company along with Petey Williams, Lance Hoyt and Jimmy Rave. His profile has already been removed from the website.
There has been contact between Dutt and WWE, but there’s nothing certain yet to go on.
- The USA Network will air a 1-hour version of the WWE 2009 Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony on April 4th at 10 PM (ET) and April 5th at 1 AM (ET). The full event will stream on WWE.com.
- As alluded to yesterday, Freddy Prinze JR has left WWE.

I’m not an insider, but it seems that with the WWE attempting to get a cruiserweight division and talented stars like Sonjay and Petey “all of a sudden” being released. It kind of makes me think that they’re leaving, not being fired. I could be wrong, but if I were those guys… I wouldn’t sign a contract for that company.
i feel bad for petey. hes been with the company from the beginning. hoyt and rave got released because they weren’t popular enough. THat fag dutt got what he deserved. ive met him in person. hes not that great.
