TNA Officially Announces New TV Show, Karen Angle News, Lashley On UFC
- As I reported a week or so ago, TNA had been planning a new one hour show dedicated to classic footage. They have now officially revealed all the details in a press release, however it must be noted that this is an online series for now:

Ongoing series to join “iMPACT!” and “Xplosion” as TNA’s leading broadcasts
TNA Wrestling is announcing the creation of a new one-hour television series, set to debut in early 2009.
“TNA Epix” will feature the most awe-inspiring and monumental moments, matches and superstars that shaped the face of TNA from its 2002 inception until today!
From the first TNA event in 2002 and the early Wednesday night Pay-Per-Views, to the Fox Sports Net era and the evolution of TNA on SpikeTV as well as the most recent wars inside the six-sided ring, the new program will include rare matches, archived footage, fresh historical commentary from the TNA superstars and so much more
“We are extremely excited about ‘Epix’ joining the TNA broadcasting universe,” said Kevin Sullivan, Director of TNA Television. “While ‘iMPACT!’ is undoubtedly the crown-jewel of our worldwide presence, ‘Epix’ will chronicle the amazing history of TNA and allow our fans to re-live some of their favorite moments.”
“Epix” will be produced by Bill Banks at TNA’s new state-of-the-art (HD) television headquarters in Nashville.
- Former TNA Knockout Karen Angle, who recently split for Kurt is still taking Indy wrestling bookings. She will be appearing along with Robert Roode, Christopher Daniels, Traci Brooks, Christy Hemme, Curry Man and Taylor Wilde will be appearing at the BSE Pro events in Timmins, Ontario, Canada on January 31st, 2009 and Brampton, Ontario, Canada on February 1st, 2009. - Former WWE star Bobby Lashley, who recently won his first MMA fight told the MiamiHerald.com that a fight between him and UFC Champion Brock Lesnar is inevitable. “I am a wrestler, and Brock is a wrestler. If Lesnar wants to match skills, we match skills. There is going to be a meeting between me and Brock. There will be.”
Lashley has had no intention to go to TNA and has only alluded to be open to a WWE return further down the line. He won his MMA debut in under a minute.
