TNA Konnan Lawsuit Update, WWE Calls Up Irish Talent, Heat On Rhaka Khan
- After playing hardball for months, sources indicate that TNA are in fact going to settle out of court with Konnan, stemming from his racial discrimination lawsuit and Kidney issues.
ProWrestling.net claims the company are paying him $50,000 as part of the settlement.
- Rhaka Khan, who has been on some TNA employee’s shitlists since she debuted may be the next Knockout to leave the company after shooting on Madison Rayne during a recent gauntlet match. Apparently she felt Rayne deliberately missed a spot, so took it upon herself to kick Rayne in the head causing temporary hearing loss.
It’s hard to separate the the red herring stories sent out by people trying to tarnish Khan and the legitimate heat, but one’s thing for sure, there is a contingent of people that don’t like her. Mainly because she has a poor attitude and is green in the ring.
It seems she has remained as long as she has because of her freakish size and her previous relationship with Kurt Angle. Part of the reason Roxxi was released is because the two got in to a brawl.
We’ll have to see where this one goes.
- In WWE news, Irish developmental standout Sheamus O’Shaunessy has been called up to the main WWE roster and has been assigned to house shows to gain experience. “The Irish Curse” is a former FCW champion.

I think it’s sad that Roxxi left TNA. She’s one of the better female wrestlers out there, not a barbie-doll but a real wrestler. Rhaka Khan on the other hand is most likely the worst performer I’ve ever seen. Her appearance does not make up the least for the fact that she’s shit in the ring.
Konan is such a pendejo all that fighting for 50G’s the attorney gets 33 percent of that. So now K gets a little more than 15G’s and he will never wrestle again because all the promotions are going to blacklist him.
He’s set in Mexico, and US promoters will do anything to bring a star in, he’ll be fine.
Any news on which brand Shay will be on? I wonder if he’ll turn up on Raw and be alained with Hornswoggle?
No idea yet, but I’d hate it if if he was with Hornswoggle, at least not right away.
