The Wrestler Steroid Actor Charged, Lashley’s TNA Status, Sarita Debuts
- You may remember a story a few months back where the steroid dealer in the wrestler movie was actually arrested for ironically dealing steroids and fleeing from the police in quite a high profile car chase. Well in an update, the extra has officially been charged with possessing and distributing steroids, and assaulting law enforcement officers. Scott Siegel was indicted on the charges on Tuesday. If convicted, he faces up to 45 years in prison.
Aronofsky apparently wanted some reality in his movie and actually found Siegel in a club. He had no prior acting experience.
- Bobby Lashley’s TNA status is still up in the air as he has yet to actually sign a deal. Up until now he has been a pay per show agreement.
As reported Lashley is looking to work both MMA and TNA dates, so there is obviously some more “ironing out” to do before things are set in stone.
- New TNA Knockout Sarah Stock (now working as Sarita) debuted on the Spanish TNA Today segment. The clip shows footage from her dark matches.
