It was assumed that low rent Hollywood actor Freddy Prinze JR, who was recently signed on as a WWE creative writer for its storylines, would simply act as a consultant and offer his input here and there from a “Hollywood” perspective. But against everyone’s expectations Prinze has rose to the occasion and is quickly becoming a well liked and respected creative writer.

In fact I’m told that he was one of the main forces behind Jeff Hardy’s new attitude, which is perhaps the greatest thing to happen to Hardy in years and could be a sign of more good things to come.

Wrestlers have nothing but good things to say about Prinze JR, saying he is very accessible and receptive to ideas and input, which a lot of other creative team members are not. Its said to be a strange situation where the other writers “suck up” to him because of he’s famous, but he doesn’t abuse this, instead using his power to actually do good by the wrestlers.

This goes to show that fans (he’s said to be a long time fan) can successfully write about wrestling and that it works!
