Steve Austin To Be Inducted In To Hall of Fame; Or Will He?
Yesterday evening WWE.com announced what many had predicted, that Steve Austin is the first to be inducted in to the 2009 WWE Hall of Fame. However shortly after the story was removed, so it was either a blunder or they put it up too early. Austin was always the big pick, considering the ceremony is in Texas along with Wrestlemania.
I’m still 80% sure it will go ahead.

It be nice to see him go into the hall of fame- would be even greater if The Rock joins him!

The Rock won’t be inducted yet, he’s too young, after seeing Stone Cold at Cyber Sunday, he just seemed like age had caught up, it’s the 25th Wrestlemania, it’s Texas, so I think it would be fitting to induct him this year.

maybe he changed his mind maybe that’s why it was taken down

if they dont induct him they are stupid. Vince has made more money off him than anyone he has ever had except maybe Hogan and he cant even wrestle and his ass is in the hall of fame.

I doubt he changed his mind, it’s just way too early for HOF inductions. We haven’t even had the Royal Rumble yet, and after that is generally the “road to Wrestlemania”. THAT’S when they start thinking about that kind of thing. I think someone just goofed up on the website, myself, and put it up too early.

I hope Stone Cold is inducted in the hall of fame. The event is taken place in Texas so it makes since to induct him in the hall of fame this year.

The anouncement of the Hall of Fame Inductions usually starts the week after NO WAY OUT

Austin is from texas so it is fitting considering this. It would also be fittin to inductions more Texans like The Von Erichs or at least Fritz Von Erich or Kerry Von Erich. I also would like to see the ‘Million Dollar Man’ Ted Dibiase.
