Steve Austin Returning To The Ring? AWA WWE Lawsuit Update

- There are apparently strong talks of Steve Austin making a return to the WWE and wrestling a one shot match at Westlemania 25 in Houston Texas. People will be quick to point out the constant rumors of a Hulk Hogan vs Steve Austin match, although that will be unlikely considering both will want to go over and Austin has turned down the idea before. Austin is not going to want to come back one time and lose to somebody with such a negative public image as Hogan.

On top of this Austin is being advertised for a “special guest appearance” at the 10/26 WWE Cyber Sunday PPV in Phoenix, AZ.

- Dale Gagner (not Gagne) who is currently in a lawsuit with WWE over the AWA copyright seems to be pushing his luck with a pair of T-Shirts mocking WWE.

The promoter who’s no relation of the original promoters is using the old AWA name to promote his Indy shows, thus WWE filed a lawsuit some months back. He’s now selling T-Shirts saying “I Support the Original” and “I Am Not Entertained” with the AWA logo and a spoof WWE attitude logo. Another shirt reads “Vince Fears The AWA & Dale Gagne.”

Rumors that he had a heart attack recently are false and just goes to show the slime ball that he is. In this case WWE are completely in the right.
