Stampede Wrestling Star Passes Away

Pro wrestler Kerry “Pitbull” Brown, known for his work for the Stampede promotion in Canada passed away yesterday morning at the age of 51. He was the nephew of the legendary Bulldog Bob Brown.

Greg Oliver of Slam Wrestling wrote, “Brown never got the wrestling out of his blood. In 2003, he talked about continuing to wrestle — which he did until his last match in January 2009.”

Our condolences to his family.

  1. Keelan – it would be nice to add pictures of wrestlers that have passed away, if you have them, so they won’t be forgotten. The name sounds famaliar but I can’t put a face to it. Also have you seen the pictures of Alex Shelly and Chris Sabin from TNA smoking pot at a college party? What do you make of that and will there be any repurcussions from these pics from Dixie Carter? Thanks for your columns, always informative. Just one persons opinion.

  2. I do with most, but it’s hard to find some of the real old school guys.
