Sandman Now Out On Bail, Plus Video Footage of His Arrest

The Sandman is now out on his $10,000 bail for assault. Below is news footage from the incident where he delivers an entertaining speech, universally enjoyed before things go sour. One unanswered question remains, he got bottled in the face but no other arrests were made. How does that work?
