Rumor Killer: WWE Does Test For HGH
News doing the rounds on some of less informed websites suggest that WWE is not testing its performers for Human Growth Hormone (HGH), a steroid like substance that can be found naturally in the body but is synthesized in many forms to increase growth and cell reproduction. (muscles).
The reasoning is that because it is so expensive the higher level talents can afford to use it and pass the tests, while the lower card wrestlers are getting caught with cheaper substances.
However a quick look at WWE’s Wellness Policy on the corporate website shows that they do still test for the substance and always have done. The big Signature Pharmacy scandal included several HGH suspensions.
Another aspect of the “hit piece” that is floating around suggests that the women are using the weight loss diet pill called Zylene, which suppresses hunger. This is a legal over the counter product, with similar properties to Green Tea. It is not dangerous whatsoever unless you OD, which will just cause diarrhea.
The fact is unless wrestlers are using “mark doctors” to provide them with false prescriptions (which is being cracked down on anyway, with assessments from WWE’s own doctors), their policy is air-tight. And if they are allowing HGH to slip through the net, these websites need to provide the evidence and fully publicize it.
Most of the main event stars such as Batista, Randy Orton, John Cena and Triple H are naturally huge anyway. It is unfair to compare the likes of Batista to say John Morrison. No amount of drugs would get Morrison to the size of Batista, and no amount of sitting on his ass will give Batista the frame of Morrison.
Maybe Triple H is spending thousands in the bodybuilder circle to get a new super undetectable drug, but show the evidence if that’s what you think.

In regards to the comments on Batista,HHH and Cena – Just because they are testing for HGH doesnt mean these three are being put through the same fair testing. Being big is one thing, but having inhuman muscle mass in another. Big Show, Kane and Taker are all naturally big guys but they are not a fraction as muscly as Batista, Cena and HHH. There remains no evidence either way that those three go through the same regular testing by impartial 3rd parties. Its niave to think its natural.
I remember when Triple H first started out, and he was NO WHERE NEAR the build he is today. It’s like when Barry Bonds first started out with the Pirates. He was scrawny as all out doors. You could hear the birds becoming restless under his jersey. Fast forward two to three years and now this guy looks like a freakin’ monster. Same could be said about Triple H, and Rey Mysterio for that matter. In WCW, Rey was like a buck, ten wet, now look at him. He looks like a mini Hercules. I think Triple H knew what he was doing when he married Stephanie. And you can’t tell me he doesn’t use politics to his advantage.
I know what you’re saying, but show me the evidence. If they weren’t subject to the same testing, the other stars would be speaking out left right and center.
It takes a lot to be put in the top spot in WWE, maybe these guys are inhumanly dedicated and that’s why they are there.

I was just about to comment on the number of muscle tears in WWE, especially with a certain currently injured superstar.
Come on guys lighten up. Steroids are very good for the U.S. economy. What about the steroid dealer trying to support his family… Have you thought about HIM.
Its also a good way to teach the children how to suceed it a tough world. It sais; if you don’t have the natural ability, then you FIND A WAY to win! That’s how America rolls. Deal with it.
I think Batista and HHH should reform as a tag team under the name “Roid Rage”. Cut promos of them screaming at everyone. That would be good, American for the whole family.
Who cares what drugs/steroids whose doin?? Stars like Cena, HHH and especially Batista are the entire reason girls like me watch WWE…. Its entertainment not olymipc sport just let it be or bring em all to my house for some fun
ask super star billy gram where steriods did for him.all the old timers took them to pump up come on scott stinner this guy is so far on steriods it aint funny look 15 years ago when he and his brother were tag team champs(sorry about the spelling) thier are alot of wrestlers taking them and cleaning thier body out before being tested
