Rourke Returning To WWE? Scott Hudson Interview, Dr. Stevie On Advert

- Thanks to Chris Kelly: The UK Sun reported earlier today that actor Mickey Rourke wants another shot with WWE. This time Rourke wants to wrestle. Apparently he wanted to wrestle Chris Jericho at WrestleMania 25 but a contract he had for Iron Man 2 filming prevented him from doing so.

Biographer Sandro Monetti, author of a new book about Rourke titled “Mickey Rourke: Wrestling with Demons” told the Sun:

“Mickey has great respect for WWE owner Vince McMahon and says he is the man who turned wrestling from a sport for fat guys in speedos to a contest for superfit athletes.”

- Thanks to Joe Burgett for sending this in:
Hello wrestlingtruth.com, Joe Burgett from Ring-Rap.com once again. We have a new interview up that seemed to not get a lot of exposure when we first did it, even though it should have. So, I put it on Ring-Rap.com so more people can see it.

Now, this interview is with Scott Hudson a man who was in WCW from 1995 until the end. And, he told me in my interview with him how WCW went down. Early reviews of the interview are said to be great, and everyone who has crossed by it said it was one of the best they have seen in a while from a former WCW member. While he was not a wrestler, but an announcer for them, he didn’t hold back and told me everything I wanted to know.

I thought I'd send over this image of Michael Manna [Dr. Stevie] in a ‘Paperless software ad in Macworld Magazine’, the link is below:

Stevie of course runs tech review website http://www.t4show.com/ in his spare time.

  1. The Stevie ad is great. That is so saved on my WWE Universe profile.

  2. I think Rourke may be going Kaufman on us. This is a GREAT thing for us, probably bad for him.
It’s one thing for a media star (like the Miz) to go into this, but dosent he have Oscars? It just seems weird.
Dwight (who probably wishes he didn’t have those stupid looking tatoos) Johnson dosen’t even want back in, and he’s NO Mickey Rourke. He still rocks (no pun intended) however.
When Khali went from acting to wrestling, it made sense. Mickey Rourke… Not so much.

On a side note; The Necro butcher (from the staples scene in “The Wrestler”) is the best worker EVER! I’ve seen him steal EVERY show i’ve seen him in. XICW in Detroit featured Marty Jannety. The main event however… Was The Necro Butcher! This was days before his Raw payday.
