Ron Killings Debut Update, Sandman Not Yet Given Bail, WWE Going PG?
- At last night’s WWE Smackdown taping WWE aired a vignette about Ron Killings. His debut name seems to have been shortened to R-Truth to differentiate them from TNA at least a little bit, despite them not copyrighting “The Truth.” As I reported before one idea was for him to cut “truthful” promos, or worked shoots as part of his gimmick. It shouldn’t be long before he’s on TV.
- The judge in Sandman’s assault case has not yet decided on bail terms until he reviews his past criminal record, which isn’t good considering he did jail time several years back for driving offenses. Interestingly despite multiple eyewitness accounts that the owner bottled Sandman in the face he wasn’t arrested himself.
- WWE are trying to get their age rating lowered for Raw to a PG to reflect their more tame product. It is currently a TV-14.
