Israeli fans were promised by WWE reps in Israel that WWE would come to tour Israel if the fans help keep WWE on Israeli television. The fans kept their end of the bargain – WWE didn’t! WWE’s excuse is the “Travel Warning” issued by the Department of State (even though they ignored that same warning upon trips to Iraq and Afganistan) and that resulted in Israeli fans launching the “WWE FEAR ISRAEL” campaign, emphasizing the fact that 407,000 americans (including artists seen in the poster) came to visit Israel, especially Tel-Aviv(where the tour was scheduled to be held) during the last year. Israeli wrestling fans are calling to boycott WWE in Israel until they come here ; fans will oppose the renewal of WWE programming in Israel and will call to boycott all WWE products in the country. Fans in Israel feel that if WWE don’t want them, then the fans in the holy land don’t want the WWE either!”

Ric Flair is not my favourite wrestler ever but I have to admit that he is without a doubt the greatest professional wrestler who has ever laced up a pair of boots. There is nobody and BY GOD I mean nobody in his league, and not only that I have talked to lots of people who have met him and they all have told me that he is a absolute gentlemen and a class act. A greeter at Walmart??? LOFL!!! Come on give me a break……LOFL…..Since Ric wrestled Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania a year and a half ago lets examine how successful he has been in all his activities he has been doing outside of wrestling….For starters he signed a contract with Walmart to sign autographs for them all around the Country which has been very successful, then he signed a contract with Coca-Cola, then he signed a contract with Schewels Furniture to sign autographs for them, and in February of this year at Elkin, N.C. at Schewels furniture Ric was there to sign autographs and they were over 5,000 people there that day, The line was so long that it wrapped around Schewels 4 times, and from what I hear Elkin, N.C. is a little town so for 5,000 people to show up is a BIG BIG deal….Then Ric signed a contract with the video game called Red Alert 3: Command and Conquer along with doing publicity with them….and Mr. Flair signed a contract with the Donruss card company to become the first professional wrestler to ever have his very own officially licensed autographed trading card….and on top of all that he signed a contract with the North Carolina Education Lottery and had his very own “Woooo” Scratch-off Lottery ticket, and speaking of the Flair Lottery tickets I just heard that they have never sold as many Lottery Tickets as they have the “Woooo” Scratch-off Lottery Tickets…..I think this proves without a shadow of a doubt that Ric Flair is just as successful outside the ring since he wrestled Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania as he was inside the ring years ago….I never said anything about wrestling being real…..but what I will say is that the popularity of Ric Flair is stronger then ever and I guarandamntee you that it will continue because he is and forever will be the man!!!!!!!!!! Flair Probably Got in a fight with some fan that didn’t really like him. A fight at Wal-mart is nothing new, they happen all the time there because the rent-a-cop doesn’t do anything. Flair is a legend in the business, he has nothing left to prove, when the undertaker bowed down to him or when triple H hugged him, that should have been a ‘passing of the torch’, he does need to sit back and remember the good times. Just like Dean Malenko, I’m sure he has one more match left in him, but we don’t see him out in the ring trying to break his back…he works backstage remembering the good times he had. WWE Cancels there tour in Israel, I guess that’s how Stephanie McMahon wants to increase brand awareness world wide.
first, wrestling is not real. everybody knows nobody cares. wrestling is fake for a reason. if it was real, wrestlers would be killed right and left. why do you think they put the “don’t try this at home” vignette during the shows?
Second, wwe stands for “World Wrestling entertainment” emphasis on the entertainment. its meant to entertain. flair is being kept backstage for training and storylines. he has retired for good. however he has not been able to let go of the limelight.
As far as wwe in israel goes i don’t know the full story so i can’t judge.

Wrestling may not be real but its a million times better then some jobs. Like seriously, making 100K, even if you are a loser wrestler (and theres also people who make m illions a year out of it, which is better then a couple billion jobs in the world, because billions of people in this whole world will never see a million in a lifetime HAHAHAAHA).

Why would wwe go to israel? The way the goverment is treating palestine israel should be internationally cut of.
