Rey Mysterio At Awards Show, WWE Superstars Preview

- WWE IC champ Rey Mysterio is presenting at the 2009 ALMA Awards, which will be taped on September 17th and aired on the Sunday. The event will be hosted by Eva Longoria and George Lopez, and emanates from California.

- On this week’s “WWE Superstars,” United States Champion Kofi Kingston will join forces with the sexy, smart and powerful Divas Champion, Mickie James, in a Mixed Tag Team Match against Carlito & Rosa Mendes.

John Morrison will square off against David Hart Smith on the next “WWE Superstars.” Can Smith avenge his partner in The Hart Dynasty, Tyson Kidd, or will this second-generation Superstar be taking a ride on Starship Pain?

Sheamus has defeated Goldust twice on ECW on Syfy, but on “WWE Superstars,” The Bizarre One will have a chance at redemption as he takes on the brutal Irish ring warrior.
