- If you couldn’t tell whilst watching Raw, the closing moments where the stage blew up, collapsed and then some scaffolding fell on Vince McMahon was all part of the show and this is how Vince is ending the Million Dollar Mania. Registrations are now closed. A proper Press Release was sent out (despite it being fake, similar to the Limo explosion of last year) and at the Wrestlemania 25 Press Conference there will be some kind of update on the situation. Despite this if Vince didn’t dive clear of the collapsing set it could have legitimately landed on him.

- On the other hand WWE Diva Melina suffered a real ankle injury on Raw, although the severity is not yet known.

Keelan Calls The Truth:
It’s a pet peeve of mine when WWE take storylines like this one and try their utmost hardest to convince the media and public that it is real. It’s fine having crazy explosion angles and so on, don’t get me wrong but when it spills over in to real life it gets a bit offensive. You didn’t see a press conference outside of a pork store in New Jersey when Tony Soprano got shot did you? No because the angle stops when the TV show goes off the air. This is far tamer than when Vince’s limo blew up and they had the head office fly their flag at half mast, then continued to piss on the graves of all the prematurely dead wrestlers by having a similar ten bell salute – but it’s still on that verge. All this being said it was still a pretty cool stunt to watch on TV.
