Randy Orton Signing New Deal? John Cena Lawsuit Update, New WWE CD

- There are rumors that WWE want Randy Orton contractually in the company for the long haul and have offered him a substantial ten year deal! Something tells me they’ll get more out of this than with the old Mark Henry deal (not that Henry hasn’t became great just lately, he absolutely has.) Speaking of contracts WWE are still butting heads with Rey Mysterio. His long term future doesn’t look too secure.

As reported the other day Matt Hardy recently re-signed.

- The lawsuit against WWE and John Cena for allegedly using the music to his theme song illegally (they were supposedly granted rights by somebody who didn’t have the power to make the call), is ongoing, with WWE being granted an extension for responding to the claim. They are obviously still using the theme at this time.

- WWE will be releasing WWE The Music Volume 9 on January 27th. The following themes are set:

*Randy Orton – “Voices”
*Vladimir Kozlov – “Unch Mein”
*Maryse – “Ooh Oui”
*Chris Jericho – “Save Me”
*Santino Marella – “Vittoria Es Mia”
*Ted Dibiase & Cody Rhodes – “Priceless”
*WWE Smackdown – “On The Floor”
*Kelly Kelly – “Holla 2009″
*Kung Fu Naki – “Kung Fu Naki”
*Natalya – “Beating Hart”
*Evan Bourne – “Airbourne”
*Willam Regal – “King”
*The Boogeyman – “Coming To Getcha”
*John Cena – “Moving Up”

You can read my review of the last volume in the Review Section! It did not do to well in sales though.
