As reported a few months back he actually broke the nose of MMA fighter Paul Lazenby while filming a scene.

damn steve is ripped in this movie,
Wow Austin broke a guys nose in a scripted fight, guess he is the toughest sob in sports entertainment. LOL It is a movie people and the punch was an accident Austin wouldn’t last 5 minutes with a MMA fighter under their rules and in the octagon, to old and not in great shape to do that kind of fighting.
I never said he would.
I believe that Stone Cold Steve Austin is a way better and tougher fighter than most people give him credit for. I very much enjoyed The Condemned and I am looking forward to watching Damage when it becomes available.
I miss him in the wwe,now were stuck with john cena,damn kids piss me off sayin cenas the best,i just wish austin could have one more match with hogan
