The recent poll on the main page asked “Will Superstars On WGN Increase Its TV Ratings?”. The answer of course was slightly. However that doesn’t take away from the show. After all it is on WGN and receives next to no hype from the main brands, so it was never going to be on par with Raw.

Since day one Superstars has delivered a solid product. No 15 minute microphone sessions, no jobbers, just straight up solid wrestling from top talent. For those that don’t like the young guys on ECW, Superstars gives you the same amount of solid action, but with well known competitors from all three brands. What more could you want?

Here’s how it went down:

48% – Yes, its still early days but the show is great and will see an increase.

36% – No, the show sucks and will remain lower than TNA and ECW.

17% – I don’t care, there is too much wrestling on TV to keep up with.

Personally I find it hard to keep up with Raw, Smackdown and ECW, without having to watch another hour of programming, but if WWE can make money from it, then it isn’t going anywhere.
