Poll Results: Do You Think The Legacy Faction Will Be As Big As Evolution?

This poll has been up for months which just proves WWE dropped the ball with this group early on and are still scrambling to even define who is in the faction. First they take out CM Punk and as if by magic they end up disliking each other. So how did they manage to construct a plan to attack Punk if they weren’t on the same page to begin with? Then they decide to pull the most talented member (Ted DiBiase) and send him off to do a movie, and finally after several homoerotic grunting sessions backstage we get a general idea that the stable consists of Orton at the helm, Cody Rhodes, Manu (who although looks atrocious, has shown promise in the ring) and now Sim Snuka, who went from a strange 1940’s greaser to the son of Jimmy Snuka. Why should we care?

So far this has not even touched on what Evolution became and in all honesty I don’t think Randy Orton is coming off as strong as he needs to be either.

Still this is your poll so lets see what you guys thought:

42% of you think “No Orton isn’t on the level that Flair or Triple H was, it will bomb.”

37% of you say “No, but it will still be successful.”

17% of you think it will be as big, saying “Yes because Orton is a huge star and can give the rub.”

And finally 5% of you think “Yes, the new stars have way more talent than Orton and Batista had.”

I think its fair to say, at least from what we have seen so far that Legacy is not at the level of Evolution, has weak leadership and has yet to show us anything in the ring. I can’t help but wonder what the original “Second Generation Hart Foundation” idea would have brought to the table.

This of course doesn’t mean that in a few months they wont begin to impress and prove to be successful in their own right. It just wont be on the level of Ric Flair and Triple H!

  1. I’m sorry but Slim Snuka doesn’t fit right in the group. The same goes for Manu as well, he just looks like a wack version of Umaga. This Legacy stable needs to end quick before it becomes a disaster. They need to continue with the Second Generation Hart Foundation stable. I think that would be more interesting then that Legacy crap.

  2. I have to disagree about Slim Snuka. If anything he was more impressive than Manu. They just made the mistake of giving him that crappy Greaser gimmick & that is clouding everyones judgement of him in the ring. Not to mention the match with Hass Snuka. Put him in the ring with a name & my bet is it will be a great match. Manu was put in the ring with Matt Hardy. I say do the same for snuka.

  3. I think they should have kept snuka, but I am glad they got rid of manu. To answer the question I don’t think they even come close to being as much of a factor as evillution, but thats just my appinion

  4. I think Manu may have some talent, eventhough he has yet to show any true talent. Snuka has shown the strength, speed, and lasting power to be a good stable member. Every member, except for Manu is a former tag team champion. Randy Orton is an amazing wrestler/”superstar”. He has the ability to become much bigger than Triple-H and Batista. He needs to destroy Manu, then this stable has the possibility of becoming huge. I hope it works out for them all.

  5. Orton is very limited with his wrestling moves, he is a good and could be great but will never be in the league with the likes of Ric Flair, HBK and Bret Hart. Triple H has the next biggest chance to be in the top league but then agian you never know, he is the only one who in the next 10 years who will have the chance to beat Flair’s record… But quite frankly Orton could disappear and there would be no difference…

  6. I think that Randy should get rid of Ted Dibiase, and replace him with Jack Swagger because for the legacy to be bigger that Evolution,it will need diferent types of superstars in terms of wrestling style.

I also think that he should get Edge as a part of the legacy, reform Rated RKO,and go after Triple H and Shane Mcmahon.

But for that to work,he has to give Edge a very good reason to leave Vickie, because I can’t see Randy Orton getting along with Vickie Guerrero.

  7. no legacy will not be as big as evloution evloution was the greasest tag team in the world in my opion
