Oscars Are In, Scotty Goldman’s Release, Harely Race

- Unfortunately The Westler movie came up short at the Oscars last night with both Marissa Tomei and Mickey Rourke missing out to Penelope Cruz and Sean Penn respectively.

- Before his release, Scotty Goldman was being considered for an announcing job and was put over strongly by Dusty Rhodes who had him announcing in FCW. For whatever misscommunicated reason he never really got to show this to Vince, and some say if he did he’d have never gotten released. Vince is always looking for replacements for the older announcers.

Although it wasn’t Goldman’s fault, he also came under the firing line during his recent squash match with Umaga. Their was a technical mishap and they had to redo the entire match.
