- Prior to last night’s WWE Extreme Rules PPV going on air, Mickie James and Kelly Kelly defeated Beth Phoenix and Rosa Mendes.
- Before the show word got around that Batista is actually working through a biceps injury. No word if it was aggravated during his match, but he will eventually need time out for surgery.

So why did Vince let Batista still win the title possibly knowing that he would be out for surgery?
if i were batista id be afraid of revealing any injury especially after what happened to kennedy.
I like Batista but he is getting hurt alot and he is getting up in age and he needs to hang it up before he ends up like sstone cold
if Batista come he still will have a rematch who ever get’s the belt i wish shane be back to get involve with orton,
or bring back DX to stop legacy
umaga was’nt really a fan favor in the wwe he should have went back with the old umaga rampage
if batista does not come back, they will just make the belt vacant and at the next PPV, orton and triple h will fight for it.
