Off Air News and Notes From Raw’s 800th Episode

The following tidbits are what you didn’t see on TV during last night’s episode of WWE Raw from Cincinnati, Ohio:

- Indy worker Rory Fox defeated Snitsky with a roll-up in the pre-show Dark Match.

- In the second dark match development star Eric Escocar cut a Spanish promo and proceeded to lose to D’Lo Brown, who got a good reaction from the crowd.

- Just prior to the live broadcast they set a ladder up in the ring and the fans go nuts thinking HBK is coming out.

- After the show went off the air HBK and Batista beat down Lance Cade and Chris Jericho, then Michaels gave JBL the sweet chin music. Batista and HBK proceeded to celebrate with fans and sign things.

- There was about 8000 people in attendance, with several having to be moved in front of the camera to make it look more packed. Plenty sections were tapered off.

[Thanks to Peter Henley who was live in attendance].
