- In the pre show dark match for Raw last night Tyson Tomko made his rumored return defeating Paul Burchill. He got a good crowd reaction. I can now confirm Tomko re-signed a month ago.
- Jerry “The King” Lawler hosted the traditional kiss cam.
- Pittsburgh Steelers players were in live attendance.
- After Raw went off air at the end of the show John Cena defeated Chris Jericho in a dark match main event street fight!

Why are there “dark matches” like the ones you have reported from last monday night Raw?? Those should be shown on the program??
Dark matches are for many reasons. To test if a wrestler is over with the crowd, to give a young star a tryout, to entertain the live crowd without disrupting storylines or losing/gaining heat when they don’t want it yet. Or to just give somebody a match.
