Well, Rick, I read that WWE wasn’t too high on Mickie at this time. Between her recent, and obvious, weight gain to her in-ring performance as of late. Those contributed to her removal on Raw and her being sent to Smackdown.

Personally, I believe Mickie’s in-ring has been looking a little lazy as of late. Like she’s just going through the motions in the ring. On the weight issue, personally, I don’t see anything wrong with her weight. She looks fine to me, but then again, it’s not up to me, right?

The move to Smackdown could both help and hurt Mickie. If she’s there to give the SD women’s division a fresh match-up’s then fine, but if she’s only there to be buried by McCool, then she’s screwed.

What I really don’t like on RAW is the lack of creativity. Jack Swagger against MVP AGAIN? Really? Evan Bourns vs. Kofi Kingston AGAIN? And now on Superstars, Chris Masters vs Mark Henry AGAIN? What about mixing it up a little? If you are to put two faces in the same match, then do MVP vs Evan Bourne or Chris Masters vs Jack Swagger if it is to be heel vs heel. It lacks creativity. Also, we already have had one John Cena and Randy Orton match. The creativity is absent.

I also didn’t know neither Nancy nor Maria, but they were pretty cool and looked hot.

Hornswoggle gimmicks and Chavo being humiliated is awful. I hope Chavo’s contract is soon running out, so he can go somewhere else and hopefully wrestle a little more respectfully.

I got no beef with the divas personally, it’s just that the company’s not doing anything with ‘em. Their matches don’t even go past five minutes. It’s another example of all that talent and no clue. And what was up with that dumb-ass title change? What the hell was that, “NO MONEY IN THE BANK” match? It looked like for a minute they were gonna give jillian a push after so many years, and then just squashed it, making the division (and the title) look like more of a joke.

I enjoyed Raw last night. I went into watching it figuring on it being an absolute bomb but I was pleasently surprised, I must admit. It definately wasn’t the best by any stretch of the imagination. I enjoyed watching it, though.

The Diva’s are absolutely becoming a waste of air time. Makes me wonder why they don’t just put them into dark matches until they get their stuff together. A little spanking, if you will.

At least there were no signs of the Woo Woo Woo junk, if anything.

P.S.- I asked my friends in the UK if they have ever heard of Nancy or Maria, or Access Hollywood and Entertainment Tonight. All of them said, “NOPE. Who and what’s that?”. Bad move WWE.

Who gives a flying fuck what their names are, they still sucked as guest hosts and RAW has been like this ever since the 2009 draft.

I agree that the divas division is becoming a waste of time. The really need to unify the titles & get the ones who can wrestle together on just the one show. It really is a laughable division at the moment.

In response to Jonathon’s comment, it was odd that Todd kept saying ‘one of the women’ but there may be a reason for this. The guest hosting is great for USA fans, but I’m from the UK and have never heard of Bob Barker, Big Ben, Maria or Nancy and many more of the guest hosts. Just a possible reason, but I have to admit they did keep saying the names of the ‘two women’

I just hope they get a proper host soon, or at least get real international names like Snoop Dogg & ex-wrestles that we’ve all heard of.

I have a question for you Todd that you probably will read until you write the next column, but probably after that: did you watch Raw last night, or did someone tell you what happened on the show? The reason why I asked is you kept referring Nancy O’Dell and Maria Menounos as “the Women” and not by their actual names. I mean, they said their names numerous times throughout the show. It just screams “lazy writer” if you don’t take the time to research what you write and then post it.
