October 02, 2009, WWE Smackdown X Anniversary Spoilers

SMACKDOWN:
Great opening promo, alot of clips from the past, some included Brock Lesnar, and of course the Rock, Austin, HHH, etc.
Announcments: 8 Man tag match announced, and a special message from the Rock.
Batista def. Kane. C+
Promo: party backstage, with all superstars back there. Teddy starts thanking everyone for being there. Finlay comes up to him and proposes a toast. He’s interrupted by Punk, who says this partys over. Michael Cole was pretty fun in a douche-kinda way, as he kept saying “Vintage Punk!” or “Vintage Finlay”. Literally. Vickie Guerrero returns, with short hair, and introduces her new boyfriend, Eric (Eric Escobar from FCW). Vickie announces that Vince signed him to Smackdown, and that she would manage him. Right then, Taker’s glove appears on Teddy’s shoulder, and he freaks. Who else but Santino?
-Commerical-
Cole’s still being a douche, but now he’s getting hammered with Finlay. Theyre downing shots. Hornswoggle kicked him.
Zack ryder is denied entrance into the VIP Lounge by MVP and Mark Henry. He pays off henry, who says if theres room, he’ll think about it. Right then, he lets in about 20 ppl, including Sgt. Slaughter and even the Iron Shiek.
Eddie Guerrero Tribute. A+++
Dolph Ziggler and the Miz def. Kofi Kingston & John Morrison. Kofi introduced from Ghana Africa, yet keeps Jamaican gimmick. B+
Funny segment with Sgt. Slaughter yelling ‘USA’ and Sheik yelling ‘Iran’ and back and forth. The Tag champs, saying that they’ve been on Smackdown since the beginning, and that people should toast to them. Cole, now wasted, pukes on Jerichos shoes, causing Big Show to puke.
Rock Promo= A+++. Ill let you guys wait to see it =)
Michelle McCool def. Melina for Womens title in a lumberjill match. C+/B- (Kelly Kelly in a knee brace.)
Taker promo on Punk, saying in the end Punk will need drugs to heal the pain from the Cell.
Drew McIntyre toasts to himself, yet is attacked by RTruth.
8 man tag match
All faces and Orton got great pop. RKO chants filled building.
Good match overall, Taker did great. B+

If vickie guerrero is gm of smackdown again, it’s dead to me almost as much as raw.Speaking of raw, WHY THE FUCK DID VINCE MCMAHON AKA THE RETARTED ASS DOUCHEBAG RESIGN VICKIE, SIGN ESCOBAR OR WHATEVER THE FUCK HIS NAME IS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, MERGE RAW WITH SMACKDOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The spoilers for SmackDown! X sound like it will be a great show. Down to business. Luke was 100% right, While WWE loves to look back at its past, they slould be trying to get back to the way is used to be before the goddamn brand extension. What prupose does it serve? Raw guys can show up on ecw or smackdown, smackdown/ecw guys do the same. Kill the brands (all three of them) and make Shane comisssioner of WWE. No GM’s no guest hosts. Vince can’t do this forever and Shane O’Mac is ready. One more thing then I’m out. Rename ECW stop lying to every one the wrestling show on tuesday nights IS NOT ECW. Any 1990’s ECW fan can see through it. These ideas make better story lines and real top level talent up and down every card.

I didnt like the Rock promo, it wasnt even that good. It seemed force and unnatural. I guess people have been longing for him so much that thell eat up anything he says.
Dont get me started on KOFI kingston
I was expecting a kickass show out of this, but vince and vickie had to go fuck up another promising episode of smackdown. Couldn’t vince sign vickie and escobar to raw instead as there are a lack of good heels besides legacy on that brand. I admit that vickie and vince do such a good job at being heels that if I was a girl and if I saw them in the streets, I would kick the unholy shit out of her and vince for trying to turn smackdown into present day raw.
I’ve got to say, Raw is in a real state at the moment, but with the current format of the show (ie: the guest hosts) I don’t see what Vickie Guerrero would do it improve it. I also didn’t believe The Rock’s promo to be particularly special, it went on far too long. This wasn’t the gratest episode of Smackdown. In fact, it was poor by current standards.
Who sang the song played over the Eddie Guerrero tribute on Monday night and where can I down load it? R.I.P Eddie, we miss you……
