1. The Abraham Washington Show with Tiffany (interrupted by William Regal and The Roundtable)

Tony’s Take: It’s no secret that I am not a fan whatsoever of the Abraham Washington Show but believe it or not I actually thought that this installment of the show was actually pretty good! Tiffany looked absolutely beautiful as always and her character as of late has been nothing short of money! I thought her work with Jericho last week was great but tonight with Regal Tiffany picked up right where she left off from last week and I am hoping for bigger and better things for that beautiful angel because she has done a very good job as the authority figure for ECW for the last couple of weeks! William Regal was nice on the mic as always but his tantrum at the end was funny as hell!

2. Sheamus defeated Shelton Benjamin

Tony’s Take: Even though it wasn’t an instant classic by any means it was still a lot better than that dreadful match they had on Superstars a few weeks back!

3. Christian defeated Yoshi Tatsu to retain the ECW Championship

Tony’s Take: Match of the night by a country mile and oh by the way it lived up to the hype and then some! An awesome match with the usual aw inspiring spots and my personal favorite the countless back and forth nearfalls! Even in defeat Yoshi Tatsu proved that he is ready to be a main eventer on ECW in the very near future and as for Christian well it looks like another title program with Master Regal! Sigh!

Tony’s Overall Take: 1 outstanding PPV quality match, a good but not great match, and a surprisingly entertaining Abraham Washington Show made this another solid edition of ECW and I am definitely looking forward to next week’s show and what will hopefully be the blowoff to the Paul Burchill/Hurricane saga! Enclosing, I am expecting either a Christian/Regal ECW title match at Survivor Series or maybe a Team Christian vs Team Regal traditional Survivor Series elimination match and to be honest I would much rather see the latter because come on you can’t have Survivor Series without the traditional Survivor Series elimination matches now can you?
