May 07, 2009, TNA Impact Spoilers
The following TNA Impact spoilers were taped last night from the Impact Zone and are scheduled to air this Thursday, May 7th and some of it possibly the week after:
- Suicide defeated Consequences Creed to retain the X-Division title.
- Kurt Angle defeated Matt Morgan.
- Mick Foley says he’ll defeat a former world champion. In a comedy skit he brought out a cardboard cutout of Rocky Balboa has a mini match with it. Jeff Jarrett, who’s had enough of Foley’s shenanigans comes to the ring and attacks the champ, only to then get attacked by Kurt Angle. Sting is last out to get involved in the brawl.
- Kurt Angle, Sting, Kevin Nash, Booker T and Scott Steiner defeat Mick Foley, Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Daniels. Sting pins Fley in this one.
- Sting cuts a promo saying that if he is pinned at Sacrifice, he will retire from the business.
- Matt Morgan defeated the Phi-Delta-Slam security team.
- Homicide defeated Sheik Abdul Bashir.
- The accusations that Daniels is Suicide continues with Lethal Consequences pointing the finger. *Waits for Kaz to come out proving it couldn’t be Daniels*
- Awesome Kong defeated Velvet Sky in a Stretcher Match continuing the Knockouts stipulation series.
- Daniels defeated Chris Sabin.
[As you can tell this week's taping was a little muddled, and a lot of it will probably air the week after. However it was not a full dual set of tapings].
