Matt Hardy Calls Out Reporter, New Promotion, Smackdown Rating

- Matt Hardy called out a reporter on his Twitter account last night. He wrote:

I love how a guy who considers himself a top-notch wrestling journalist claimed I “spilled the beans” by posting I was traded to Smackdown when it had been up on WWE.com for almost an hour. He suggested maybe I “had permission” to post that, while it was already public info.And all over the internet already. He’s quite an arrogant goof when it comes to matters like this. He’s constantly wrong in his reviews and Regularly incorrect on matters. But my biggest complaint is that often insults talent, matches, or ideas just to seem “cool.” If you want. To be looked at as a serious journalist, have your facts straight & remain professional by not insulting who keeps you in business. Not that my opinion is important, but that’s my opinion. I absolutely LOVE the true fans of the business, especially the positive ones who unconditionally respect all the pain, injuries, & sacrifices that ALL pro wrestlers go through to keep this wonderful business alive.

- Juventud Guerrera is reportedly starting up a new promotion called Super-X GPCW, utilizing American and Japanese talent as well as established stars in Lucha Libre. This will be interesting considering he has a lot of enemies.

- Last Friday’s WWE Smackdown on MyNetworkTV featuring Vince McMahon, drew a 1.7 rating.
