JJ Dillon Collapses, Mick Foley’s Schedule, Shawn Michaels Out Until July
- Wrestling legend JJ Dillon collapsed from dehydration at this pas weekend’s Cauliflower Alley Club convention in Las Vegas. There was immediate fear that he was having a heart attack, but after getting some fluids he was fine.
- In TNA news, similar to Sting, despite being World Champion Mick Foley will be working a lighter schedule with limited house shows if any. It wouldn’t be wrong to criticize the company, considering champions are supposed to be the focus and the biggest draw! The days of the traveling champion are well and truly over.
- Speaking of limited schedules, Shawn Michaels will be taking an extended period off to rest up and take care of nagging injuries. The current plan is to bring him back in July and build for a Summerslam match. It is very likely that HBK won’t retire anytime soon but will limit his appearances to only special PPV events.

On HBK, word is he will be up against The Undertaker in another retirement match (much like the Rick Flair Wrestlemania 24 match) planned for Summerslam, Hell in a Cell.
You heard it first.
good to hear he is fine jj 1 of the best managers
I want TNA do do well so bad but that’s just weak! As far as I’m concerned, AJ Styles or Kurt Angle is/are the champ(s). I love Mick Foley but if you can’t compete every week because your, I don’t know… OLD AS F**K, than your not a champion. Just a guy with a belt.
Sensible with HBK as they really need him fit for the DX reunion tour to make the name of it work. unless thay hire Kip James and Sean Waltman??
TNA just won’t give anyone young a chance to carry the company at the moment.
Foley needs to retire, plain and simple. He doesn’t need the money, and yes, I know it’s hard to let go, but enough already. Give these young guys a chance.
