Jericho and Michaels Not At Mania? Smackdown Switchover News
- The obvious assumption was that WWE might drag the Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho feud out until Wrestlemania 25, and although that might still be the case (it doesn’t mean they’ll be wrestling each other every month) Y2J told the UK’s Sun Sport paper that “I know not every angle will be like that, it’s a once-in-a-career type thing. But it doesn’t mean I’m just going to pack up and go home after Sunday, I just have to start working with the next guy and go on from there,” implying that this will be the blow off match.
Either way, this storyline has showed the raw emotion that wrestling seems to be lacking at the moment and will definitely be the angle of the year.
- Jim Ross comments on if the other announce teams will be brought over for the big Smackdown debut on MyNetworkTV:
“From what I hear, Tazz and yours truly will be handling the entire broadcast which always seemed to be to be a no brainer to me considering that we are the regular hosts on Friday Night Smackdown last time I looked.”

I totally respect shawn and chris however i am not enjoying the angle as much as most. I don’t like jericho turning into a “bad guy” cause it seemed more natural as a good guy. if ithad gone on like that than i would totally aggree
