- Unless it was hacked, Matt Hardy made the following announcement on his Myspace about Jeff re-signing with WWE:

“The deal has been reached, the contract has been signed as of May 19th, 2009.. Why? What about Matt? I’m sucking it up and giving every fiber of my being for..for them. With a legitimately excruciating broken hand.. but really.. for what? Nothing really ever changes.. I hope this makes everyone happy..”

- MALIBU, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (NASDAQ:JAKK) announced that the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit unanimously affirmed the judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Karas, J.), dismissing in its entirety WWE’s federal action against JAKKS and certain of its officers.

Jack Friedman, the Company’s Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer, stated: “We are pleased that both the Federal District Court and the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit have dismissed WWE’s federal claims.”

- In something that has personally annoyed me, Jesse Ventura has agreed to be the star of a new reality show called Conspiracy Theory:

What annoys me is Jesse speaks a lot of truth, and now, even if the show really does dig deep in to certain issues, he will simply labeled as a crackpot. I hope he realizes that he sold out!
