Jeff Hardy Arrested On Drugs Charges
Just days after leaving WWE Jeff Hardy has been arrested after being caught in possession of controlled prescription pills, anabolic steroids, opium and cocaine among others. He posted $125,000 bail bond at the Moore County jail.
Jeff was arrested after a search of his residence revealed he was in possession of 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a “residual amount of powder cocaine” and drug paraphernalia items. The report notes that “Vicodin and anabolic steroids are Schedule III substances”, while Soma is a non-controlled prescription pill.
He was also charged with felony trafficking in opium on top of two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
The search was part of a joint investigation conducted by the Moore County Sheriff’s Office narcotics and select enforcement units and the Fayetteville Police Department. They’ve had their eye on him for a while.

I was actually right. The real reason he left was cause he wanted drugs…wow. “work on my music” yeah right!
I guess he knew the WWE would catch him and fire him for his third violation. And know he finally burned that bridge with the WWE. I very sad to see this happen, It will be interesting to see if CM Punk uses this to further him character in his hell status.
One word; rehab. The poor sod obviously needs proffesional help post bloody haste.
Pretty soon he’s going to be so low that he gives a bad rep to whichever company he is a part of.
The thing is no one would not welcome welcome him with open arms giving him hardly any incentive to clean up.

I heard Vince knew this was coming and thus no contract renewal. I’m sure Matt will be let go as well here shortly. I guess now he can move to TNA join up with Kurt Angle and push a story line where they are pushers

There was an ongoing investigation into dealing in the controlled substances Jeff Hardy allegely had. Isn’t it a co-incidence that WWE kept him thru Smackdown before releasing him or parting ways? I have said from the beginning something was wrong with both Hardy’s. Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley from TNA pics showing them smoking pot. Why would Hardy be selling pills or substances when he is getting good money from wrestling? Why would he risk that? After a first Wellness Policy violation, wouldn’t they test him on a regular basis more often? Am I missing something here? Fill me in if you can. Just one persons opinion.
This has been the 2nd or 3rd time Jeff has been caught with drugs,I wouldn’t be surprised if the G.F. did it too. If he doesn’t take drug rehab and pass that. We have seen the last of Jeff hardy.
You know, after CM Punk turned heel fully, he started to portray him as straight-edge superstar and etc, while Jeff was standing for “living for the moment”, I truly believed that it would be moraly correct that they’d switch sides… I in this situation CM Punk perceived as right, and Hardy as wrong… and BAM! Hardy arrested…

WTF?!? This guy is the Darrel Strawberry of Wrestling! How much more can we take? After the Benoit incident, everybody and their mother blamed Vince. So I guess this is his fault too, right? It’s time we held these guys accountable for their actions. I love him as a performer, but he’s got some serious personal issues. Before we start playing the world’s smallest violin for Jeff, think about this; how many chances would you get at your job if you did something like this? And if you got canned, could you get another one?

Thoughts are with Jeff and if I was religious I bet my prayers would be with him, too. He was my favorite and addiction or no, he will always be one of the best.
The hell’s wrong with Jeff? OMG, even seconds before reading this, I WORSHIPED this guy!! Seriously, Jeff Hardy is a role model for kids all over the globe and HE SHOULD RESPECT THAT! Is there a chance that these offences carry a prison sentance in the US? Hope not.
With this happening while he’s not employed by the WWE he could still return, although the testing would need to be strick.
If Hardy is convicted of these charges,this will mark the end of his career in the big leagues. He will still be able to make a living in the indies on his name alone and in other countries like Japan, Mexico,etc.. but I can’t ever see the big name companies hiring him. They’re saying that the police were tipped off, hmm, I wonder who?

It’s wrong to speculate but several interesting things crop up here. He left the company, all signs are that it was his decision and he was adamant. Did he know this was coming, did WWE know this was coming, or was it a coincidence? Secondly the cops were giving a tip. Was it a jealous peer? Was WWE’s promotion of his drug issues enough to encourage somebody to tip the police? Or was it just a local?
I think it’s fair to say he wasn’t dealing, because he’s loaded from his WWE money.
And to think all these people kept saying “He quit” “He’s clean now” “That was in the past”
Yet here he is not even gone for a month and is getting arrested for what? Drugs. I knew he was still doing them, that crap he was spewing about learning from his mistakes and being clean now never convinced me.

no. he’s had enough chances now. for those who don’t know his full history, look it up. a total and utter waste of all round talent and wrestling ability. i feel sorry for him in many ways, as he’s such a talented and creative human being and he’s obviously got some serious personal demons. but he’s had so many chances and the access to the help if he needed it. but he’s obviously never been serious enough about cleaning up. i myself had problems very similar to jeff’s and it destroyed my life…..but i took the help when i needed it, worked hard, transformed my lifestyle and cleaned up. so why couldn’t he? anyway, i always found it so puzzling how he was pushed so hard as a baby face when it was obvious what kind of problems he had

I can not believe this. My 10 year old daughter is in love with Jeff Hardy. And I know there are alot of kids that like him. I even enjoyed watching him. But I just hope that he gets the help he needs.

I just hope everyone reading this will remember the media will publish the story, not the facts. The truth is none of us really know what happened, and what is going to happen in the future. As a fan of the WWE, and a long standing fan of both Hardy’s I just hope they both are well. I know Matt can continue to progress in the WWE as he is an astonishingly good wrestler and athlete. As for Jeff, I just hope he finds happiness in whatever he decides to pursue. He comes across as such an articulate, intelligent, caring, talented and creative person…It would be a waste for him to not continue being and doing what he does best, Being Jeff Hardy.

I’m very disappointed that Jeff let so many young fans down. If he had a drug problem I wish he would have kept himself away from all the kids that looked up to him. I had to explain to my son when he heard about the drugs how bad that is and his response was you told me drugs make you stupid and can’t do anything but he was taking them and look at all the cool moves he did. He is devasted I won’t let him be Jeff for halloween and I really just hope he gets the much needed help he needs.
