Thanks to Jon Jones for these spoilers for the January 22, 2009, episode of TNA Impact from the Impactzone in Orlando Florida:

- Alex Shelley beat Chris Sabin, Sheik Abdul Bashir and Sonjay Dutt to retain the X Division title when Shelley pinned Dutt. Shane Sewell is back as a referee. Sharmell confronted him after the match and said Booker wanted to see him in the back.

- Kurt Angle cut a promo saying AJ Styles and Petey Williams would be taken out tonight.

- Oh, and Jim Cornette announced a four-way main event for next month’s Against All Odds PPV. For the TNA World Title, it will be Sting defending against Brother Ray, Brother Devon and Kurt Angle. Whoever scores the pinfall is champion.

- ODB beat Sojourner Bolt via DQ when Kong, Rhaka Khan and Raisha Saeed interfered. Taylor Wilde and Roxxi made the save.

- Booker T and Scott Steiner beat Petey Williams and Eric Young. This was a tag team elimination match. Booker eliminated Eric first, then pinned Petey for the win. Booker and Steiner then beat up Sewell.

- Matt Morgan and Abyss are friends again. They made up and said they would win the TNA tag titles. You surely know where this is going…

- Beer Money, Inc beat Morgan and Abyss in a non-title First Blood match when Morgan turned on Abyss and bust him open.

- Kurt Angle beat AJ Styles in a Tables Match after an Olympic Slam through a table. The story of the match was that Styles’ ankle was pretty much destroyed by Angle with the help of a chair.
