Indian Reality Show, JB Teases Kennedy, TWP Issue 2, TNA Stars On MTV
- Thanks to Jaspreet Singh:
Following the success of The Great Khali in WWE and the increase in wrestling fans… TV Channel COLORS is bringing a wrestling “Reality” show – 100% De Dhana Dhan – in India. The show will feature Indian Pehelwans wrestling against Professional Wrestlers from all over the world. The show is shot in South Africa.
A preview for the show states: “Reviving the age old sport of wrestling in the form of a show that will pit Indian Pehalwan’s with pro wrestlers from across borders and continents against each other in gruesome fights to prove their might which is aptly titled 100 Percent – De Dhana Dhan!”
The intro was pathetic with a lot of botched moves. The show is NOT worth reporting. They said that the owner is a well known personality – Mark Beale. I havent heard of him nor have I seen him before. Also, the commentator, veteran Indian actor, Mohan Kapur, is imitating Joey Styles (WHYYY…????). The show is pathetic…
The Indian contingent is being managed by former professional boxer Sharat Saxena and their mentor is former professional wrestler, actor and Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Famer Dara Singh.
On the first try, till now, none of the Indian pehelwans were able to beat the pro-wrestlers. This makes sense because Indian kushti is not like wrestling.
- Thanks to our buddy Mike McMahon of TheWrestleBlog for sending this in:
Not sure if you gentlemen saw this … Jeremy Borash posted a picture on his Twitter account tonight with a caption that said “He’s finally here, Mr. …………….” I took a screen shot of the picture and it’s a good thing. Not sure if it’s a permanent error, but the pic appeared to be broken a few minutes after it was posted.

It must be pointed out that the guy actually turned out to be a Gold’s gym instructor, but I doubt borash would have posted this without some “smoke” to the fire.

LOL Keelan, I never thought that you would post my notes about that show. If I knew that you would post them, I would have written them more professionally.
Now, I am seeing this and laughing in and out. I think I’ve made a joke of myself, man…
Don’t worry about, you simply explain that the show sucks. If it sucks it sucks lol
Now I like TWP but their reviews are unfairly brutal.
The pic looks like kennedy, just above the collar of the shirt your can see a familair tattoo
